Bids Are Invited For Renovation Of Existing Main Office in Canada

The Work Under This Contract Includes The Renovation Of The Existing Administration Offices And Reception Area To Modernize The Space Including The Upgrade Of The Existing Hvac System. It Also Includes The Addition Of An Entrance Canopy At The Main Entrance And Replacement Of The Vestibule Doors. Bid Documents And All Amendments Will Be Posted On Bc Bid. No Printed Drawings And Specifications Will Be Provided. Each Bid Must Be Accompanied By A Consent Of Surety By The Surety Company Providing The Labour And Material Bond And Performance Bond. The Lowest, Or Any Tender, Will Not Be Necessarily Accepted And The School District Reserves The Right To Reject Any And All Tenders. Bidders Are Required To Submit A List Of Three (3) Institutional Projects Of Similar Scope, Complete With References, Completed By The Prime Contractor Within The Past Five (5) Years. Submittal Shall Be Submitted With Bids. There Will Be A Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Site Visit On Thursday, April 16, 2026 At 4:15 Pm Local Time. Attendees Will Meet At The Main Entrance At 850 Anderson Drive, Quesnel, Bc. Attendees May Not Rely Upon Any Information Given Verbally Or Otherwise At The Pre-Bid Site Visit And That Is Not Confirmed By Addendum.
