Gronowa 22Ab, Consisting Of: A) Development Of Technical Documentation, B) Obtaining The Required Approvals, Opinions And Administrative Decisions, C) Development Of A Work Implementation Schedule, D) Carrying Out A Site Visit And Inventory, E) Dismantling The Existing Lifts And Disposal, F) Deregistering The Devices With The Office Of Technical Inspection, G) Delivery And Installation Of New Passenger Lifts, H) Execution Of Accompanying Construction And Installation Works, I) Installation Of Led Lighting In The Windows, J) Repair And Reconstruction Of Walls, Floors And Finishing Elements, K) Carrying Out Electrical Measurements, L) Carrying Out Compliance Assessment, M) Obtaining A Decision Of The Office Of Technical Inspection Authorizing The Equipment For Operation, N) Developing As-Built Documentation, O) Providing Maintenance Services During The Warranty Period (24/7 Emergency Crane Service).2) Detailed Requirements For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Are Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And In The Functional And Utility Program, Which Constitute Annexes No. 2 And No. 3 To The Contract Template, Respectively.3) Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With: A) Description Of The Subject Of The Order, B) Functional And Utility Program, C) Applicable Regulations In This Regard, D) With The Utmost Care, Ensuring The Highest Quality Of The Works Performed, E) Work Schedule Agreed With The Ordering Party, Taking Into Account Work In An Open Facility, F) Contract Template (Appendix No. 1 To Zpp-1).4) The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes: A) Performance Of Construction Works In A Building That Is In Continuous Use, B) Execution Works In A Way That Does Not Interfere With The Functioning Of The Building And Is As Least Burdensome As Possible For People Working And Staying In The Building. The Contractor Will Carry Out The Works From Monday To Thursday, And All Noisy Or Burdensome Works Should Be Carried Out In Consultation With The User. The Contractor Undertakes To Organize The Works In A Way That Does Not Expose Building Users To Dangers And Nuisance Resulting From The Works, And Does Not Impede The Ongoing Activities Of The Office, While Applying Special Precautions.
