The Renovation Of The County Road Surface Is Related To The Existing, Very Poor Condition Of The Bituminous Surface Of The County Road. Currently, The Road Has A Lot Of Damage Caused By Many Years Of Use, Especially By Trucks And Agricultural Machines. At The Time Of Construction, This Road Was Not Intended For Such Heavy Vehicle Traffic As It Is Today. This Is Especially Visible Around The Edge Of The Road And In Places Where The Wheels Of Agricultural Vehicles Are Usually Located. Too Weak Foundation Causes The Formation Of Mesh Cracks. Weather Conditions Also Led To Surface Degradation. The Optimal Solution To This Situation Is To Make Additional Bitumen Layers From A Mineral-Asphalt Mixture Intended For Traffic Category Kr2. Due To Its Current Profile, The Surface Will Consist Of Two Bitumen Layers. One Is A Leveling Layer Of Ac11w Asphalt Concrete For Kr3, While The Culmination Will Be A 4 Cm Thick Ac11s Asphalt Concrete Wearing Course For Kr3. In Places Where They Are Incorporated Into Existing Roadways, Deep Milling Should Be Carried Out At Least To The Depth Of The Wearing Course. Before Starting Surface Works, The Elevated Dirt Shoulders Should Be Cut And Channeled To Enable The Construction Of A Shoulder Layer Of 15 Cm Of Volcanic Aggregate. After Completing The Bituminous Works, The Roadsides Should Be Supplemented With Crushed Aggregate Of 0/31.5 Mm Fraction Of Volcanic Origin. The Width Of The Fortification Is 75 Cm, Depth 15 Cm. The Slopes Should Be Made Of Crushed Stone Or Bitumen, Starting With The Construction Of A Trough And A Drainage Layer. As Part Of This Task, Road Markings Should Be Replaced And Roadside Ditches Should Be Deepened And Cleaned. 2. Basic Parameters Of The Road Being Renovated: Class L Road, Length Of The Renovated Section: 689 M Road Width: 4.9 - 5.2 M (Slight Correction May Take Place After Cleaning The Edge Of The Road), Cross-Section: In Line With The Cross-Section Of The Existing Road With A Slight Correction Resulting From The Surface Leveling, Longitudinal Section: In Line With The Existing Longitudinal Inclination With A Small Correction Resulting From Leveling Surface, Surface: Ac11w Asphalt Concrete Leveling Layer For Kr3 And Ac11s Asphalt Concrete Wearing Course For Kr3, Length Of Exits To The Fields: Up To The Border Of The Road, Width Of Exits: In Accordance With The Land Development Plan, Transverse Inclination Of Exits: In Accordance With The Existing Road, Longitudinal Inclination Of Exits: Max 5% - Related To The Road Level And Ground Level Adjacent. 3. All Works Should Be Performed Based On The Technical Documentation Prepared By Michał Bartosik.
