The Scope Of Construction Works Includes The Following Works: 1) Demolition Of The Gravel And Crushed Stone Surface, 2) Dismantling Of Concrete Elements, 3) Dismantling Of Sleepers, 4) Dismantling Of Beams, 5) Construction Of A Supporting Structure For Repair Works, 6) Abrasive Blasting Of The Steel Structure, 7) Anti-Corrosion Protection Of The Entire Structure, 8) Installation Of I-Beams With Crossbars, 9) Installation Of Gratings And Balustrades Steel,10) Sandblasting The Surfaces Of Stone Abutments,11) Filling And Grouting Of Stone Abutments,12) Construction Of A Concrete Pavement On The Approaches To The Viaduct,13) Cutting Out Bushes And Bushes,14) Earthworks Under The Viaduct With Tidying Up The Watercourse,15) Installation Of Beater Type Pipe Barriers,16) Preparation Of A Project For Temporary Road Traffic Organization,17) Execution Of Permanent Traffic Organization Road Traffic And Reporting 7 Days Before Entry To The District Office And The Municipal Police Headquarters.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 11 To The Swz - Documentation.4. The Ordering Party Obtained A Permit To Operate In Monuments By Decision No. 2531/2024 Of December 18, 2024 From The Lower Silesian Monument Conservator.5. The Contractor Undertakes To Implement The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Conditions Specified In The Terms Of Reference (Swz) And Its Annexes, The Design Documentation, As Well As In Accordance With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Construction Practice, Applicable Regulations And In Accordance With The Submitted Offer.6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit A Material And Financial Schedule For The Ordering Partys Approval - No Later Than The Date Of Signing The Contract. Before Signing The Contract, The Contractor Will Also Be Obliged To Present A Cost Estimate Containing Price Components. The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Submitted Material And Financial Schedule.7. The Ordering Party Provides The Bills Of Quantities. The Amount Of Work Should Be Determined Based On The Design Documentation. The Attached Bills Of Quantities Should Be Treated As An Auxiliary Element.8. The Ordering Party Requires That Meetings With The Contractor On The Investment Site Take Place At Least Twice A Month And Upon Each Request From The Contractor.9. The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure That The Order Is Performed By Appropriate Personnel With The Required Authorizations To Manage And/Or Perform Specific Construction Works Or Other Activities.10.
