The Subject Of The Order Is A Comprehensive Supply Of Gas Fuel - Supply Of High-Methane Natural Gas With The Symbol E Along With Distribution Services To 2 (Two) Ppg In The Period From June 1, 2026. Until December 31, 2027 2. Forecasted Amount Of Gaseous Fuel Covered By The Proceedings - 1023114.00 Kwh. The Above Data Is Indicative. The Estimated Size Of The Subject Of The Order Was Determined Based On Historical Data (Current Consumption In The Facilities Over The Last 12 Months, Taking Into Account Possible Changes In The Use Of The Facilities). The Contractor Should Take Into Account Possible Fluctuations In Consumption, E.G. Due To Weather Conditions, Which The Ordering Party Cannot Predict. Reducing Or Increasing The Amount Of Gas Fuel Does Not Entail Any Consequences For The Ordering Party, Apart From The Need To Pay For The Actually Consumed Amount Of Gas And Transmission Services In Accordance With The Applicable Osd Tariff.3. With Respect To Ppg Covered By The Proceedings, The Ordering Party Is Subject To Tariff Protection (Article 62Bb Of The European Parliament Act). 4. On The Website Of The Ongoing Proceedings, The Ordering Party Has Posted A Declaration Of Protection (Ot) For Information Purposes, Which Was Submitted To The Currently Binding Contract.5. The Ordering Party Does Not Divide The Order Into Parts. Two Facilities Are Covered By The Proceedings. The Entire Volume Is Covered By Statutory Protection. The Lack Of Division Into Parts Does Not Limit Contractors Access To The Contract. A Possible Division Of The Order Into Parts Would Cause Excessive Inconvenience On The Part Of The Ordering Party And Could Also Result In No Offers Or Much More Expensive Offers, E.G. In The Case Of Dividing The Order According To The Delivery Period - Deliveries In 2026 Would Cover A Period Shorter Than 12 Months. 6. Details Regarding Gas Fuel Consumption And Distribution Parameters In Individual Ppgs Are Described In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - List Of Ppg Consumption Points.7. When Signing The Contract With The Contractor Whose Offer Is Selected As The Most Advantageous, The Ordering Party Will Submit Appropriate Declarations From The Recipient Of Gas Fuels (Pursuant To Article 62Bb Of The European Parliament Act) According To The Applicable Template.8. The Ordering Party Informs That If The Procedure Indicates That A Given Volume Is Subject To 100% Protection, And When Entering Into The Agreement The Ordering Party Submits A Declaration Of The Gas Fuel Recipient With Different Content, With Respect To The Volume That Is Not Covered By Protection, The Rates Applicable In A Given Period Resulting From The Contractors Price List Will Apply To Settlements (Unless This Change Results From Circumstances That The Ordering Party Could Not Have Foreseen At The Time Of Signing The Declaration Of The Gas Recipient).9. The Recipient Is Not Bound By Promotional Offers.10. The Comprehensive Agreements Currently In Force Will Be Terminated By The Ordering Pa
