Wincentego Pola 5, Przemyśl, Within The Complex Of Primary School No. 15, Part Of The School And Kindergarten Complex No. 1. Ownership: Przemyśl Municipality. Conservation Protection: Area Covered By Zone C, Entered Into The Register Of Monuments (Urban Planning System Of The City Of Przemyśl, No. A-1493, Decision Of May 20, 1972). Local Plan: Local Spatial Development Plan Of Konopnicka. The Plot Currently Includes: A School Building, Sports Fields, A Playground, Green Areas And Technical Infrastructure (Water Supply, Sewage, Electrical Installations, Heating From The Municipal Heating Network).2. The Documentation Should Enable Obtaining A Decision On A Building Permit And Implementing The Investment In Accordance With Applicable Law, Standards And Technical Guidelines.3. The Scope Of Design Works Includes: 1) A New Complete Building: All Necessary Earthworks, Demolition, Construction And Finishing Works; 2) Reconstruction And Renovation Of The Existing School Building To The Extent Enabling Its Proper Functioning After The Expansion With A Gymnasium Necessary To Build A New Hall; 3) Land Development Including Sports And Recreational Areas, Access And Fire Roads, Lighting, Small Architecture, Pedestrian Routes, Parking Spaces. For Everyone For The Designed Land Development Elements, Complete Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Must Be Developed.4. The Design Documentation Will Be Developed Taking Into Account The Principles Of Universal Design And Ensuring Accessibility Of The Facility To All Users, Including People With Special Needs, In Accordance With The Act Of July 19, 2019 On Ensuring Accessibility For People With Special Needs And Technical And Construction Regulations.
