The Service Consisting In Comprehensive Service And Coordination Of The Implementation Of Tasks Related To The Implementation Of The Project Entitled Construction, Reconstruction, Modernization And Retrofitting Of Strategic Infrastructure In Order To Improve The Availability And Quality Of Health Services Provided At The Prof. Eugeniusz Brzezicki Wpsp In Żurawica, Includes The Implementation Of: • Comprehensive Service And Coordination Of The Implementation Of Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Project, • Substantive And Technical Support For The Ordering Party During The Implementation Of All Tasks Included In The Project, In Particular In Terms Of Compliance With Applicable Legal Regulations And The Subsidy Agreement, Including: - Checking The Documentation Held By The Ordering Party And That Developed During The Implementation Of The Project In Terms Of Meeting The Requirements Of The Competition, The Scope Of Works To Be Performed Planned And/Or Necessary - So That Their Scope Is Consistent With The Application And The Subsidy Agreement, • Legal Services For The Project Through Support: - In Preparing And Conducting All Necessary Public Procurement Proceedings In Accordance With Applicable Law, In Particular The Act On On September 11, 2019, Public Procurement Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1320) And - During The Implementation Of Tasks In The Investment Process, The Service Also Includes Full Substantive, Organizational, Technical And Legal Support In The Proper Implementation Of The Investment Task, In Particular In Accordance With: • Agreement On Granting A Targeted Subsidy, • Investment Program, • Material And Financial Schedule, • Act On Public Finances, • The Public Procurement Law, • Construction Law, • Regulation On The Detailed Method And Mode Of Financing Investments From The State Budget, • The Act On Ensuring Accessibility For People With Special Needs, • Other Regulations Applicable To The Implementation Of The Project. The Contractor Will Provide An Appropriate Number Of Employees Directly Involved In The Provision Of The Service, Adapted To The Scope Of Tasks In A Given Time Unit, Depending On The Advancement Of Work/Works/Deliveries, Of Not Less Than 3 Employees, I.E. Project Coordinator, Technical Specialist, Legal Services.
