Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services – Vz 29.26 Processing Of Project Documentation Promenade Dr. Martínek. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Processing Of Project Documentation At The Level For Planning Permission (Dpz) And At The Level Of Documentation For Construction Implementation (Dps) For The Dr. Martínka Promenade Event. The Goal Is To Modify The Area Of ​​The Location Between The Streets Of Dr. Martínka, Kašparova And Fr. Hajdy So That The Area Can Be Used As A Promenade, A Small Square For People To Meet. A Desirable Element Should Be A Promenade Lined With An Avenue Of Trees With Adjoining Paved And Unpaved Areas, A Gazebo, A Fountain And Public Greenery. The Work Will Be Implemented For The Areas Called: At Lidl, At Venus, Promenade Area. The Project Documentation Will Be Processed For Each Area Separately, Both At The Planning Permission Level (Dpz) And At The Level Of Documentation For The Construction Or Part Of It (Dps). The Defined Area Will Also Be Extended To Address Any Modifications To Access Roads Or Adjacent Land, If Their Condition Requires It, Or It Will Be Necessary To Solve The Connection To The Main Project. The Contracting Authority Requires The Preparation Of Project Documentation With Regard To Possible Subsidy Calls In Terms Of The Inclusion Of Elements Of Blue-Green Infrastructure.
