Lift-Maintenance Services – Framework Agreement For Elevator Repairs. • The Goal Of The Procurement Procedure Is To Conclude A Framework Agreement In The Sense Of § 131 Et Seq. Of The Law. • The Subject Of The Performance Of Public Contracts Based On The Framework Agreement Is The Performance Of Non-Emergency Elevator Repairs In The Buildings Of The General Faculty Hospital In Prague (Vfn) Always In Accordance With The Currently Valid Čsn 27402 And The Applicable Framework Agreement (Contract). For More Detailed Specifications Of The Elevators, See Annexes No. 7 And 8 Of These Tender Conditions (Zp). • The Contracting Authority Shall Conclude A Framework Agreement In Accordance With The Provisions Of § 131 Et Seq. Of The Act With 5 Suppliers, Subject To The Procedure According To § 133 Paragraph 2 Of The Act For A Period Of 4 Years. • The Framework Agreement Will Be Concluded With Suppliers Who Meet The Tender Conditions And Are Placed In The First Five Places In The Bid Evaluation. • The Result Of The Procurement Procedure For This Public Contract Will Be The Conclusion Of A Single Framework Agreement. • The Contracting Authority Will Award Public Contracts On The Basis Of A Framework Agreement Concluded With Several Suppliers In Accordance With § 132 Paragraph 3 Letter A) Of The Act, I.E. With The Resumption Of Competition Between Participants In The Framework Agreement. • The Awarding Of Public Contracts Based On The Framework Agreement Will Take Place According To The Needs Of The Contracting Authority, On The Basis Of Individual Invitations From The Contracting Authority To Submit An Offer (Invitation), In Accordance With The Procedure According To § 135 Of The Act. • When Awarding Public Contracts On The Basis Of A Framework Agreement, The Contracting Authority Will Invite All Participants In The Framework Agreement To Submit A Bid, In Accordance With The Procedure Set Out In Section 135, Paragraph 1 Of The Act. • The Contracting Authority Will Award A Public Contract On The Basis Of A Framework Agreement To A Participant In The Framework Agreement Selected On The Basis Of The Criterion Of Economic Advantage Specified In Article No. 16 Of These Procurement Conditions. • The Subject Of The Performance Of Public Contracts Based On The Framework Agreement Is Also Defined By The Binding Draft Of The Framework Agreement, Which Forms Annex No. 2 Of These Tender Conditions. • The Contracting Authority Will Not Reimburse Suppliers For The Costs Incurred By Them In Connection With Participation In The Procurement Procedure.
