On March 11, 2026, A Partnership Agreement Was Concluded Between The West Pomeranian Voivodeship And The Choszczno Commune Specifying The Principles Of Joint Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Expansion Of The Road Voivodeship No. 151 On The Recz - Choszczno Section, For Which On September 6, 2024, The West Pomeranian Voivode Issued Decision No. 11/2024 (Reference Number: Ap-4.7820.308.2024.Jr(9)) Authorizing The Implementation Of A Road Investment (Hereinafter Referred To As The Zrid Decision). Pursuant To The Partnership Agreement, The Voivodeships Own Organizational Unit, The West Pomeranian Provincial Road Authority In Koszalin (Hereinafter Referred To As Zzdw), Became The Implementer Of The Investment On Behalf Of The Voivodeship. The Commune Designated Its Municipal Company To Undertake Activities And Incur Liabilities - Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Komunlnej Sp. Z O. O. In Choszczno. In Order To Complete The Joint Order, On March 11, 2026, An Agreement Was Concluded On The Joint Conduct Of Public Procurement Procedures, Under Which The West Pomeranian Voivodeship Was Authorized To Conduct This Procedure And Award The Order. The Costs Related To The Construction Of The Sanitary Industry In The Town Of Choszczno In Terms Of The Water Supply Network And The Sanitary Sewage System Will Be Borne By Mpgk. The Voivodeship Will Bear The Entire Costs Of Other Sectors, I.E. Road, Bridge, Electrical, Telecommunications, Stormwater And Sanitary Sewage, Except For The Scope Of Mpgk. 2. The Subject Of The Order Was Described In Detail In The Design Documentation, Sst, Chapter C Of The Swz And The Estimated Bills Of Quantities.
