The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Creation Of The Executive Project For The Renovation (Overhaul) Of The Line L204 Banova Jaruga - Pčelić On The Section Daruvar - Pčelić In Accordance With Article 4 Of The Regulations On Technical Conditions For The Safety Of Railway Traffic That Must Be Met By Railways (Official Gazette 128/08). The Aforementioned Article Of The Ordinance Defines: Renewal (Overhaul) Of A Railway Line (Railway Infrastructure Subsystems) Is The Performance Of Large-Scale Maintenance Works On An Existing Railway Line Or Track In Use (That Is, On Parts Of Railway Infrastructure Subsystems), Which Mainly Involves The Replacement Of Worn-Out Parts Of Railway Infrastructure Subsystems With The Same Or Similar Ones At The End Of Their Useful Life, While The Essential Requirements For Construction And Compliance Are Not Changed Building With Location Conditions In Accordance With Which It Was Built.
