The Work Of The Assignment Mainly Consists Of The Following Components: The Work Mainly Consists Of: A. Mowing Dry Slopes And Waterways, B. Mowing Dry And Wet Waterways And Water Features, C. Collecting And Removing Released Material, D. The Free Mowing Of Intake Points For The Fire Brigade, E. Free Mowing And Cleaning Outflow Points For Drainage And Sewerage In Embankments Of Waterways, F. Carry Out Flora And Fauna Checks. This Assignment Has A Maximum Value Of € 1,500,000 Excluding Vat Over The Entire Term, Including Extension Options. If The Maximum Value Of € 1,500,000 Excluding Vat Is Reached Within The Contract Term, The Agreement Will Terminate By Operation Of Law When The Aforementioned Maximum Value Is Reached. The Limit On The Scope Of The Agreement Is Independent Of Any Term Or Contract Duration.
