The Offer Includes Services In Relation To The Delivery Of Healthy Lunches To Children In Hørsholm Municipalitys Day Care Institutions. For Children And Young People (Day Care Act) (Lbk No. 1038 Of 11/08/2025). It Follows From The Day Care Act That All Children In Day Care Institutions Must Be Offered A Healthy Lunch (Cf. § 16 A). Healthy Lunch For Nursery Children: 5 Meals/Menu Per Week Consisting Of At Least 3 Hot Meals And 2 Rye Bread Days Preferably With A Warm Dish 1 Glass (1 Dl.) Of Organic Low-Fat Milk Per Day Per Child It Must Be Possible To Change A Meal To Packed Lunch Day For The Very Young Under 1 Year, The Menu Must Be Able To Be Replaced With, For Example, Porridge, Mash And Breast Milk Substitute. Healthy Lunch For Kindergarten Children: 5 Meals/Menu Per Week Consisting Of A Minimum Of 3 Hot Meals And 2 Rye Bread Days Preferably With A Warm Dish 1 Glass (1 Dl.) Of Organic Skimmed Or Mini Milk Per Day Per Child It Must Be Possible To Change A Meal To A Lunch Box Day Hørsholm Municipality Has 10 Municipal And Independent Daycare Centers Which Offer Food To Around 800 Children Every Day. In Connection With The Start Of The Contract, The Winning Tenderer Commits To, At The Municipalitys Request, Holding One Tasting For The Parents And Managers Of The Daycare Centers. At The Tasting, The Winning Tenderer Must Present A Representative Selection Of The Menus On Offer. Just As The Winning Bidder Gets The Opportunity To Talk About Raw Materials And Concept. The Municipality Provides Rooms And A Kitchen. A Maximum Of Dkk 30, E.G. Vat, Can Be Charged Per Person Registered For The Tasting. As Well As A Possible Tasting, A Vote Is Taken Per Institution In Relation To Opting Out Of The Lunch Scheme. A Simple Majority Of Parents With Children In The Unit/Institution In Question Can Decide To Opt Out Of The Lunch Meal. If The Ordering Party So Wishes, The Voting Takes Place On The Basis Of A Taste Test. The Principles For The Test Taste Are The Same As For The Taste Test In Connection With The Start Of The Contract. The Scope Is Also Determined By The Orders That The Individual Registered Daycare Centers Place On An Ongoing Basis. The Number Of Envelopes Can Thus Vary From Order To Order. There May Be Children Who, For Medical Reasons, Cannot Tolerate The Food On Offer And Are Therefore Exempt From The Lunch Scheme
