The Subject Of The Contract Is The Reconstruction, Expansion And Change Of Use Of The Former Boiler Room Building Into A Hiding Place And Warehouse, Along With Technical Infrastructure In The Following Scope: 1) Works Related To The Building: A) Demolition And Brick Adaptation Works, B) Installation Of Windows And External Doors, C) Floor Layers, D) Plasterboard Partition Walls And Suspended Ceiling, E) Finishing Of Walls And Floors, F) Installation Of Internal Joinery And Radiator Covers, G) Installations Water And Sewage, H) Central Heating Installation, I) Electrical Installations, J) Elements Of Equipment, K) Insulation, Roof Covering, L) Insulation Of Walls Below The Ground, M) Insulation Of Walls Above The Ground, N) Elements Of Equipment; 2) Works Related To Adapting The Basement To Hiding Places: A) Dismantling Industrial Furnaces, B) Cutting Off The Ceiling And Making The Ceiling, C) Making An Emergency Exit (Underground), D) Strengthening The Structure Underground,E) Site For The External Generator,F) Mechanical Ventilation Of The Hiding Places,G) External Doors Of The Hiding Places,H) Internal Stairs And An Observation Point On The Closed Chimney, Along With Signaling,I) Demolition And Backfilling Of The Existing Coal Chutes;3) Works Related To The Warehouse: A) Industrial Floor,B) Construction Of Access Ramps To The Warehouse Above The Basement,C) Industrial Entrance Gates Along With Construction Structure; 4) External Works: A) Greenery, B) Square With Parking Spaces (Paving Stones), C) Pedestrian And Roadway, D) Sidewalks, E) Construction Of A Tank And Rainwater Sewage System, F) External Installations, Reconstructions, Connections. The Detailed Scope And Technical And Quality Requirements Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified Jointly In The Opz And The Design Documentation. The Bill Of Quantities Is Only Auxiliary And Cannot Constitute A Basis For Limiting The Scope Of The Order Or Releasing The Contractor From The Obligation To Carry Out The Works. Resulting From The Design Documentation, Opz Or Principles Of Technical Knowledge. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Completeness Of The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order, Even If Some Elements Are Not Clearly Indicated In The Bill Of Quantities, But Result From The Design Documentation, Opz Or Principles Of Technical Knowledge. In The Event Of Discrepancies Between The Design Documentation, Opz And The Bill Of Quantities, The Following Order Of Importance Applies: 1) Design Documentation, 2) Opz, 3) Bill Of Quantities.2. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Invalidating The Contract Award Procedure In The Event Of Failure To Award Funds From Funding Under The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026, Which Are To Be Used To Finance The Order.3.
