Main Construction Works: — Site Preparation, Leveling, Geodetic Marking Of The Ice Rink Outline And Technical Zones; — Construction Of A Trough For The Ice Rink Slab And The Foundation Of The Unit; — Compacting The Native Soil And Making An Aggregate Base;— Laying The Installation;— Laying A Layer Of Xps Thermal Insulation With A Separation Foil;— Installing The Reinforcement Of The Concrete Slab;— Laying The Cooling System Pipes In The Slab (Pe-X Loops) And Performing Tightness Tests;—Concreting The Ice Rink Slab With The Implementation Of Expansion Joints;—Concrete Curing And Maturation Of The Slab;—Installing Cooling System Distributors;—Constructing A Foundation Slab For Refrigeration Unit; — Installation And Assembly Of The Refrigeration Unit; — Installation Of A Glycol Installation; — Installation Of Electrical And Automation Installations; — Installation Of Buffer Zone Bands And Elements; — First Freezing Of The Slab And Formation Of The Ice Sheet. The Works Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Design Documentation Attached To The Swz - Annex No. 10 To The Swz.
