The Subject Of This Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Ongoing Repair And Maintenance Of Municipal And Internal Roads In The Zgorzelec Municipality, In Order To Increase Their Technical Condition, Usability Level And Improve The Level Of Safety For Vehicle Drivers And Pedestrians.2. The Scope Of The Contract In Question Includes In Particular: 1) Partial Renovation Of Roads With Asphalt Surface, Consisting Of: A) Vertical Cutting Of The Edges Of The Damage To A Depth Enabling Leveling Of Its Bottom, B) Removal Of Loose Surface Crumbs, C) Removal Of Water, Bringing The Damaged Place To An Air-Dry State, D) Thorough Cleaning Of The Bottom And Edges Of The Damaged Place From Loose Grains Of Grit, Gravel, Sand And Dust,E) Spraying The Bottom And Sides Of The Repaired Area With A Quickly Disintegrating Cationic Asphalt Emulsion (Only For Cold Mineral-Asphalt Mixtures) Or Alternatively By Gluing Rubber Tape (For Hot Mixtures),F) Spreading The Mineral-Bituminous Mixture In One Or Two Layers Depending On The Depth Of The Defect - Each Layer Of The Mineral-Bituminous Mixture Should Be Sprinkled With The Emulsion Asphalt Before Laying The Next One, G) Compacting Individual Layers Of The Laid Mixture With A Roller Or Plate Compactor, H) Pouring The Joint Of The New And Old Mixture With Asphalt Grout; 2) Renovations Of The Paving Stone Surface, Consisting Of: A) Removing The Stones In The Place Requiring Repair, B) Cleaning The Stones (If They Are Intended For Re-Assembly - As Indicated By The Ordering Party), C) Compacting The Base, Making A Layer Dry Concrete And Leveling The Surface, D) Laying Paving Stones With Tamping And Filling Of Joints; 3) Road Maintenance By Performing Minor Maintenance Works Aimed At Ensuring The Safety Of Road Users And Protecting The Surface Against Further Degradation, Through: A) Grading, Profiling, Rolling With Supplementing The Ground Surfaces With Road Material (Basalt Crushed Stone), B) Grinding Surfaces Paved With Cubes And Stone Dust, C) Pointing Cracks, Joints And Longitudinal Defects In Bituminous Pavements, Using Hot Pouring Compound.3. A Detailed Description And Scope Of The Subject Of This Order Is Included In The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, As Well As In The Bill Of Quantities And The List Of Municipal Roads - Hereinafter Referred To As The Documentation In The Swz, Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz.4. The Number Of Construction Works Performed By The Contractor Will Correspond To The Actual Needs For Renovation Works In The Zgorzelec Municipality. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Implement The Subject Of The Order Successively, According To Current Needs, Based On The Order Submitted Via E-Mail, Containing In Particular: Location, Type, Estimated Scope Of Work, Estimated Value And Completion Date.5. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Increase Or Reduce The Number Of Works To Be Carried Out On The Basis Of The Orders Refer
