Tenders are invited for Construction of New Branch Office Building at Kelaniya for Lanka Electricity Company (Private) Limited. The Works consist of construction of New Branch Office Building (two storied (1367 m2) with roof terrace (336 m2)) having total gross floor area of 1,703 m2 (approx.), which comprise of RCC Pile foundation, Reinforced concrete structure, Security Room, KIOSK room, plastered & painted brick masonry walls, Zn/Al roof covering on Steel frame work, Aluminum partition, Aluminum doors & windows, Tempered glass work, tiled/ concrete floors, Wall tiling in toilets including internal cold water supply, drainage electrical services, ELV works, Generator room, HAVC system, Landscaping and Interlock road work. The Construction period is 545 days (18 Months). 5. Interested bidders may obtain further information from Deputy General Manager (Planning & Procurement) Lanka Electricity Company (Private) Limited, No. 41 1, E. H. Cooray Building, Galle Road, Colombo 03, (Tel: 0112371637, Fax: 0112371680), and inspect the document during normal working hours at the address given above from 08Ih April 2026 until 19,h May 2026 from 0900hrs until 1500hrs. 6. A complete set of Bidding Documents in the English Language shall be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the General Manager, Lanka Electricity Company (Private) Limited at the above address from 08!h April 2026 until 19lh May 2026 from 0900 hrs to 1500 hrs upon payment of a non-refundable fee of SLR 35,000.00. The method of payment will be in bank draft or bank deposit.
