The scope of the work includes the following: · Implementation of a dedicated BRT corridor with two central lanes (3.5 meters wide each) approximately 10 kilometers long, ensuring a smooth and efficient transit route for BRT buses; · Construction of twenty-six (26) buildings and platforms constituting thirteen (13) closed stations; · Improvement of the existing 2x2 lanes of Boulevard Latrille over a section of approximately 10 kilometers, in order to accommodate both the BRT system and the rest of the traffic; · Develop pedestrian-friendly infrastructure, including sidewalks and cycle paths, to improve accessibility and encourage the use of sustainable transport options; · Rerouting existing transport and public service networks so that they integrate seamlessly with the new BRT system; · Rehabilitate and modernize the drainage network to strengthen climate resilience and mitigate the impact of floods.
