The City Of Doraville Is Soliciting Competitively Sealed Bids From Qualified Contractors Forthe Northwoods Stream Restoration. The Scope Of Work Generally Consists Of The Constructionof An Approximate Total Of 420 Linear Feet Of Stream Restoration That Includes Removal Of Invasiveplant Material, Regrading And Stabilization Of Streambanks, Installation Of Native Plant Species,Installation Of An Estimated 420 Linear Feet Of Fencing Along Newly Established Streambank,Sidewalk Construction And General Landscaping, And The Installation Of Educational Signage. Thecontractor Will Work With The City To Avoid Or Build Around Conflicts Such As Utility Poles,Mailboxes, Existing Trees, Etc.
