Environmental Rehabilitation – Continuation Of Remediation Works In The Area Of ​​Mps 2 Of The Siemirowice Jw. Continuation Of Remediation Works In The Area Of ​​Mps 2 Of The Siemirowice Jw In Accordance With The Schedule And Scope Of The Commissioned Works Constituting An Annex To The Announcement. The Contract Completion Date Is June 30, 2031. The Contractor Is Obliged To Independently Perform The Following Key Parts Of The Services: 1) Development Of The Technical Design Of The Treatment Installation; 2) Supervision Over The Installation Of Remediation System Elements; 3) Technological And Environmental Supervision Of The Remediation Process, Including Control Of The Operation Of Treatment Systems And Analysis Of Work Progress; 4) Preparation Of Annual Reports. The Ordering Party Envisages The Use Of Orders Referred To In Section 415. 2 Point 6 Of The Public Procurement Law, I.E.: 1. Awarding A Supplementary Contract Consisting In The Implementation Of Works Of The Same Type In A Total Amount Not Exceeding 50% Of The Estimated Value Of The Contract: 1) Construction Of Elements Of The Treatment Installation Or Their Expansion, Replacement Or Reconstruction; 2) Increasing The Scope Or Range Of Monitoring Or Commissioned Remediation Activities, 3) Extending The Time Of Remediation (Resulting, For Example, From Its Earlier Commencement Or The Need To Continue), 4) Other Justified Activities Consisting In Repeating The Commissioned Works In A Total Amount Not Exceeding Pln 4,476,925.00 Net. 2. Circumstances Of Awarding A Supplementary Order, In Particular If, In The Course Of Carrying Out Design, Remediation Or Installation Works, Other Than Those Expected At The Time Of Concluding The Contract: Legal Provisions, Administrative Decisions, The State Of The Soil And Water Environment, The Effectiveness Of The Work Carried Out, Soil And Water Conditions. 3. Conditions For Awarding A Supplementary Order: Necessity Report Or Inclusion In The Administrative Decision Regarding The Subject Of The Order, Separate Agreement. 4. Determining The Price Of The Supplementary Order Based On: 1) Unit Prices Of The Offer Including Indexation - For Works Covered By The Contract Or 2) The Ordering Partys Valuation Based On Current Market Prices And The Contractors Offer Prepared For The Scope In Question After Negotiations - For Works Not Specified By A Unit Price. Remuneration For The Implementation Of The Contract Will Be In The Form Of A Cost Estimate For The Work Actually Performed, Valued On The Basis Of Unit Costs Specified In The Price Form.
