Construction Work – Renovation Of The Hepomäki Underground Water Tank. The Kajaani Water Business Is Renovating The Structures, Pipelines And Technology Of The Hepomäki Underground Water Reservoir. Regarding The Structures, The Renovation Concerns The Renovation Of The External And Internal Surfaces Of The Concrete Water Tank, The Renewal Of The Roof Of The Equipment Room (Building) And The Drainage Of External Underground Structures, As Well As The Construction Of Drainage. In Terms Of Technology, All The Pipelines, Pumps, Process Measurements, And Electrical And Automation Centers Inside The Building Will Be Renewed. In Procurement, The Procurement Act For Special Sectors Is Observed, The Threshold Value Of Which The Procurement Does Not Exceed. The Contract Includes The Implementation Of The Main Contract For The Renovation Of The Hepomäki Underground Water Reservoir. The Main Contract Includes, Among Other Things: • Responsibilities And Obligations Of The Main Contractor And The Main Contractor • Demolition Work • Construction Engineering Work • Civil Engineering And Regional Engineering Work • Mechanical Engineering Work • Instrumentation Work • Hvac Technical Work • Electrical Work The Customer Procures The Automation Work From Mipro Oy As A Separate Procurement. The Automation Work Is Carried Out As A Side Contract, Which Is Subordinated To The Main Contract. The Bidder Will Only Receive The Details Of The Renovation Contract After Returning The Requested Attachments And The Signed Non-Disclosure And Confidentiality Agreement.
