The Object Of The Contract Is The Technical Assistance For The Drafting Of The Construction Project For The Roundabout At Pk 1+790 Of The Giv-5332 Road, From The Gi-533 To Salt, In Accordance With The Requirements And Conditions Detailed In The Technical Specifications Package. It Includes: - The Work And Services To Be Carried Out By The Designer For The Drafting Of The Construction Project - The Tasks To Be Carried Out, If Necessary, By The Manager/Coordinator In Matters Of Safety And Health For The Drafting Of The Health And Safety Study. - The Writing Of Technical Reports, If Applicable, On The Aspects Of Conception And Design That Were The Reason For Any Allegation Presented During The Public Information Period. Similarly, In Accordance With Article 235 Of The Lcsp, The Project Supervision Report Is Mandatory. The One In Charge Of Issuing This Report Is The Project Supervision Office Of The Ddgi. Consequently, The Assignment Also Includes The Application Of The Modifications, Changes And Comments Provided For In The Supervision Report. The Execution Of All The Work Necessary To Achieve The Full Fulfillment Of The Purpose Of The Order Carried Out Will Be On Behalf Of The Awarded Designer, With The Exception Of The Topographical And Geotechnical Work As A Whole.
