The Object Of The Procurement Is The Excavations To Be Performed At The Self-Managed Sites Of The Community Engineering Of The Municipality Of Pirkkala. Excavation Works Include Excavations Carried Out On The Street Site As Well As Open And Channel Excavations. The Procurements Will Be Carried Out On A Site-By-Site Basis In Accordance With The Current Needs Of The Site And The Work Situation. The Service Order Is Made From The First Available Unit That Is Suitable For The Job In Order Of Preference. Large Excavation Sites Are Agreed Upon Through Separate Negotiations With The Contractors Selected Under The Framework Agreement Or Through A Separate Competition Between Them. If Necessary, The Customer Reserves The Right To Tender For Mining Also With Contractors Outside The Framework Agreement. Accepted Offers / Framework Agreements Do Not Include A Quantity Purchase Obligation.
