Low-Range 5-Door Passenger Car, Hatchback /1 5. Large-Sized Closed Cargo Vehicle, Mid-Range, Medium Length And Medium Height / 4 6. Medium-Sized Passenger Van (9 People) / 3 7. Compact Electric Mini Mpv, Passenger/Goods Carrier / 1 8. Compact Mini Mpv, Passenger/Goods Carrier / 1 9. Small-Sized Electric Closed Goods Carrier (City Van) / 1 10. Medium-Sized Electric Closed Goods Carrier / 1 The Planned Annual Mileage Of Each Vehicle Is Included In The Technical Description. 321/2015 Regarding Equivalence. (X. 30.) Government Decree § 46, The Registration Fees Are Included. With Regard To Individual Vehicles, The 48-Month Rental Period Begins When The Given Vehicle Is Handed Over To The Contracting Authority. At Any Time Within A Maximum Of 36 Months After The Entry Into Force Of The Contract, With A Unilateral Declaration(S) Addressed To The Winning Bidder, The Contracting Authority May Rent A Maximum Of 8 Additional Vehicles Belonging To One Of The Above Categories From The Winning Bidder (Option). The Rules Applicable To Vehicles Belonging To The Basic Quantity Must Also Be Applied To Optional Vehicles, Including The Fact That The 48-Month Lease Period For Optional Vehicles Begins When The Optional Vehicles Are Handed Over To The Contracting Authority. The Vehicles Are Handed Over In A Condition That Has Been Put Into Circulation And Operation, With Official Markings. Motor Vehicles Must Comply With Regulation 6/1990 On The Technical Conditions For Putting Road Vehicles Into Circulation And Keeping Them In Circulation. (Iv. 12.) To The Requirements Specified In The Köhém Decree - Effective At The Planned Time Of Delivery. Motor Vehicles Must Have A Valid Type Certificate Issued By The National Transport Authority And Operating Instructions In Hungarian. The Front Page Of The Type Certificate Issued By The National Transport Authority (Nkh), As Well As The Nkhs Decision And Justification, Must Be Attached To The Offer. Electric Vehicles Must Have A Coc (Certificate Of Conformity) Declaration Of Compliance With Ec Type Approval. Coc Certificates Must Be Attached To The Offer. The Proposed Electric Vehicles Must Also Comply With Regulation 397/2022 On The Promotion Of The Procurement Of Clean Road Vehicles In Order To Support Low-Emission Mobility. (X. 20.) To The Requirements According To The Government Decree. The Winning Tenderer Must Provide The Following Related Services To The Contracting Authority As Part Of The Pass: 1. Take Out Compulsory Motor Vehicle Liability Insurance In Case Of Accidents
