A Cable Section Of Road Lighting With A Length Of Approx. 386 M Should Be Constructed, Consisting Of 7 Lighting Lanterns, From The Existing Pole No. L4/Wo To The Pole No. L11/Wo. Section 2: Construction Of An Lv Power Network Up To 1Kv For Road Lighting In Nowa Wieś (Borek), Czudec Commune - Stage I. A Cable Section Of Road Lighting With A Length Of Approx. 402 M Should Be Constructed, Consisting Of 8 Lighting Lanterns, From The Designed So/Wo Control Cabinet Located On Plot No. 1774 To Pole No. L8/1/Wo. Section 3: Construction Of An Lv Power Grid Up To 1Kv For Road Lighting In Babica (Serpentyny), Czudec Commune - Stage Ii. An Overhead And Cable Road Lighting Section With A Length Of Approx. 570 M Should Be Constructed, Consisting Of 14 Lighting Lanterns, From The Existing L10/2/Wo Pole To The Pole No. L24/2/Wo.2) In The Zaborów Olszyny And Nowa Wieś Borek Sections, The Contractor Will Use Galvanized Steel Poles, Powder-Coated In Ral 9006 Gloss, The Lower Segment Of The Pole Up To The Height 0.6 M Including The Foot Protected With An Elastomer Coating.3) As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Will Perform The Necessary Trimming Or Cutting Down Of Trees Interfering With The Lighting Route, Install Time Switches (In Accordance With Those Currently Used In The Commune), Prepare A Set Of As-Built Documentation Required By The Provisions Of The Construction Law, Necessary To Obtain An Occupancy Permit Or Report The Completion Of Construction.4) When Pricing The Works Covered By The Order, The Bill Of Quantities And The Construction Completion Should Be Taken Into Account. The Contractor May Use Equivalent Materials Or Devices, But With Similar Or Better Technical And Quality Parameters, The Use Of Which Will In No Way Adversely Affect The Proper Functioning Of The Solutions Adopted In The Design Documentation. The Contractor Who Uses Equivalent Devices Or Materials Will Be Obliged To Demonstrate During The Execution Of The Order That The Devices And Materials Used By Him Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party.
