1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Performing Partial Renovations Of Bituminous Surfaces Of County Roads With A Mineral-Asphalt Mixture For Kr 2 Traffic In The Konin County In 2026 - Stage Ii.2. The Scope Of Work Within The Above-Mentioned The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Marking Of The Place Of Works In Accordance With The Traffic Management Design, 2) Vertical Cutting (With Diamond Circular Saws) Of The Damage To A Depth Enabling Leveling Of Its Bottom, Giving The Damage The Shape Of A Geometric Figure, E.G. A Rectangle, Or Using A Road Milling Machine Enabling Cold Milling Of The Asphalt Surface To A Specified Depth, 3) Removal Of Loose Surface Crumbs And Removal Of Rubble To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party,4) Removing Water, Bringing The Damaged Area To A Dry State,5) Thoroughly Cleaning The Bottom And Edges Of The Damaged Area From Loose Grit Grains, Gravel, Sand And Dust Using A Compressor Or Sweepers,6) Spraying The Bottom And Edges Of The Repaired Area With Asphalt Emulsion,7) Spreading The Asphalt Concrete Mixture Using Shovels And Squeegees And Profile Strips Up To 10M2. Damaged Areas Above 10 M2 Should Be Repaired Using A Mechanical Paver For Laying Compacted Mineral-Asphalt Mixtures, 8) Compacting The Spread Mineral-Bituminous Mass With A Roller, 9) After Spreading The Mixture And Compacting, The Edges Of The Repaired Place Should Be Sealed With Asphalt Emulsion In The Amount Of 0.8-1.0 Kg/M2 And Backfilled With Fine Aggregate With A Grain Size Of Up To 4 Mm In The Same Color As The Aggregate From Which The Repaired Surface Was Made. The Ordering Party Will Specify The Location, Scope And Deadline For The Renovation. The Expected (Estimated) Scope Of The Renovation In Total Is Approximately 4,000.00 M2. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right Not To Use The Full Scope Of Planned Renovations Specified In This Tor. The Size Of The Scope Will Depend On The Actual Needs And Financial Capabilities Of The Ordering Party. Failure To Use The Full Quantitative Range Cannot Constitute The Basis For Any Claims By The Contractor Against The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Guarantees The Contractor The Implementation Of Works With A Value Of Not Less Than 75% Of The Estimated Value.
