Execution Of Plasterboard Wall Coverings And Suspended Ceilings,5. Replacement Of Windows And Doors,6. Carrying Out Painting Works,7. Modernization Of The Water And Sewage System Along With The Installation Of Fittings And Sanitary Utensils,8. Modernization Of The Electrical Installation, Lighting And Accessories,9. Implementation Of Moisture And Thermal Insulation Of Foundation Walls And Drainage, 10. Execution Of Works In The Entrance Area, Including Paving Stones And Terrace, 11. Tidying Up The Area After Completion Of The Works.
