The Supplier Ensures Stable Operation, Secure Management And Continuous Improvement Of The Website Throughout The Entire Agreement Period. The Supplier Establishes The Website On A Standardized And Recognized Cms Platform. The Value Of The Acquisition Is Estimated At: Above The Eea Threshold Value. The Volume Is An Estimate And Is Not Binding On The Client. For Further Information, We Refer To The Procurement Documents. The Client Reserves The Right To Cancel The Competition, Including In Connection With Budgetary Coverage. By Its Nature, This Procurement Is Assessed To Have An Insignificant Impact On The Climate And Environment, Cf. Regulations §7-9, Fifth Paragraph. The Reason For This Is That The Procurement Concerns The Purchase Of Development And Establishment Of A New Website, Technical Operation And Hosting, As Well As Ongoing Assistance And Advice In Web Development, Design And Further Development Of The Solution. The Supplier Ensures Stable Operation, Secure Management And Continuous Improvement Of The Website Throughout The Entire Agreement Period, Where The Nature Of The Procurement Means That The Client Is Cut Off From Influencing The Climate And The Environmental Impact, Since Requirements And Criteria That Are Aimed At These Elements Will Not Have A Sufficient Connection To The Delivery, Cf.
