Tenders are invited for Three Year Semi - Skilled Manpower Services For Customer Service Department Start Purchase Date: 07-04-2026 07:30:00 End Purchase Date: 30-04-2026 12:30:00 Fees QR 6000 Bid Bond QR 600,000.00 Description: Qatar General Electricity & Water Corporation (KAHRAMAA), through its Customer Service Department (CSD), carries out critical operational activities related to customer connections, metering services, inspections, field interventions, and associated documentation and reporting, with the objective of ensuring safe, timely, and highquality service delivery to customers across the State of Qatar. As part of KAHRAMAAs Smart Grid initiative and the nationwide deployment of Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI), the Customer Service Department is required to maintain a high level of operational readiness and responsiveness to customerrelated metering and installation demands. This Contract aims to appoint a qualified Consultant to provide semiskilled manpower (staff augmentation) to strengthen and support the core operational functions of the Customer Service Department primarily within the Installation Section and the Meter Section, and additionally through targeted administrative/technical support for the AMI Center and Bulk-related coordination as required. The Consultant shall provide resources to support inspection and field work associated with customer installations (electricity and water), and to support daily metering operations at customer premises, under KAHRAMAAs supervision and in accordance with KAHRAMAA operational standards and safety requirements. The purpose of this staff augmentation is to increase operational capacity, reduce service lead times, and contribute to an improved customer experience through reliable and seamless execution of customer service operations.
