SCOPE OF SERVICES: The assignment shall include, but not be limited to, the following: Comprehensive evaluation of the 2021-2025 Strategic Plan; Financial and operational performance assessment; Stakeholder consultations with Board, Management and key lients; Market and competitive benchmarking; Development ofa robust and financially sustainable 2026-2030 Strategic Plan; Preparation of a five-year financial model and implementation roadmap; Presentation of findings and recommendations to the Board of Directors. Sealed Proposals shall be delivered at Umodzi Park & Resorts - Procurement Office on or before Wednesday, 6th May, 2026 at 03:00 p.m. local time where they will be opened in the presence of bidders who wish to attend.
