Tenders are invited for Water Treatment, Dislodging Services & Water Quality Management (by m³) Lebanon (All Districts) Submission deadline: 20 April 2026 1. Introduction Nusaned invites qualified and experienced service providers to submit their bids for the provision of water treatment , dislodging services & Water Quality Management, measured by cubic meter (m³), across all districts in Lebanon. 2. Objective The objective of this tender is to establish framework agreement(s) with competent contractor(s) capable of delivering safe, efficient, and compliant water treatment and wastewater dislodging services in multiple locations nationwide, and Water Quality Monitoring services 3. Scope of Work The selected contractor(s) will be responsible for: Water Treatment Services Treatment of wastewater/sewage in accordance with national and environmental standards Provision of required equipment and chemicals Regular monitoring and reporting Dislodging Services Emptying septic tanks, cesspits, and wastewater storage units Transporting waste using certified vacuum trucks Safe disposal at approved dumping/treatment sites Geographical Coverage All Lebanese districts (e.g., Beirut, Mount Lebanon, North, Bekaa, South, Nabatieh) Bidders may apply for one or multiple districts Water Quality Monitoring Services The contractor(s) will also be responsible for: Conducting routine water quality testing to ensure compliance with applicable health and environmental standards Performing testing at least once per month and whenever the water source changes Identifying contamination risks and proposing immediate remedial/corrective actions Providing detailed test reports, including parameters tested, results, and recommendations Coordinating with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely response to any water safety issues 4. Duration of Contract The contract is expected to run for a period of ASAP covering During the Emergency response , with possible extension based on performance and funding availability. 5. Eligibility Criteria Interested bidders must meet the following requirements: - Registered company with valid legal documentation in Lebanon - Proven experience in water treatment and/or dislodging services - Availability of adequate equipment (vacuum trucks, treatment units, etc.) - Compliance with environmental and safety regulations - Ability to operate in multiple districts (preferred) 6. Pricing Requirements - Prices must be quoted per cubic meter (m³) - Separate pricing per district is required - Prices should include all costs (transportation, labor, fuel, disposal fees, etc.) 7. Required Documents Bidders must submit: Company profile Legal registration documents Past experience/reference list Technical proposal Financial offer (price per m³ per district) Equipment list Any relevant certifications 8. Evaluation Criteria Bids will be evaluated based on: Technical capacity and experience Compliance with requirements Financial competitiveness Geographic coverage Environmental Impact 9.
