On The Basis Of A Business Contract, The Provision And Operation Of Licenses For A Complex, Integrated, Hungarian-Language It System Supporting The (Partial) Tasks Of Parking Management Management For The Contracting Authority. Duties Of The Successful Tenderer (For Information): Subject Of The Contract: 1. The Contractor Provides The Rights To Use The Management Software Or Software Supporting The Operation Of The Parking System Owned By Him (At The Expense Of The Monthly Fee) For The Partial Completion Deadline Agreed According To The Evaluation Criteria. The Software Must At Least Perform The Following Tasks: - On-Site Inspection; - Video-Based License Plate And Vehicle Recognition Service (With At Least 90% Accuracy); - Central Control; - Complaint Handling; - Waiting Contributions; - Money Management; - Claim Management. Master Data To Be Managed: User (Group)-; User Authorization-; Portable Devices-; User Workstation-; Customers-; Remuneration, Control; Motor Vehicles; Complaint And Bank Master Data. Expected Authorization Levels (User Groups): Parking Inspector, Administrator, Operator, Dispatcher, Area Inspector, Administrator (Super User) Authorizations. Ensuring That Photos Taken During The On-Site Inspection (Including The Photo Of The Surcharge Payment Notice) Are Provided With An Electronic Time Stamp. The Winning Bidder Is Obliged To Provide One-Time Introduction Training Related To The Introduction Of The System With The Following Content And Scope: - A Total Of No More Than 3 Training Days, - For A Duration Of 2-4 Hours Per Group, - For The User Groups Defined In The Call. The Above Introductory Training Is Part Of The Monthly Fee. The Training Held For Repeat Or New Employees Requested After The Introduction Will Be Billed At The Same Hourly Rate As The Net Hourly Rate Of The Program Amendment Based On A Separate Order. 2. Continuous Performance Of The It Support Services Related To The Software After The Completion Of The Tasks According To Point 1, - In The Framework Of Operation (At The Expense Of The Monthly Fee), The Winning Bidder Is Obliged To Provide All Conditions For Ak And Is Obliged To Perform All Tasks For The Continuous, Comprehensive And Error-Free Operation Of The Software; Part Of The Operational Tasks Are Software Tracking, Preparation Of Installation Packages, Remote Monitoring, Troubleshooting And Maintenance, Availability Tasks, Supporting The Operation Of Interfaces With Other Systems, Within The Framework Of Which, Among Other Things, The Performance Of The Following Tasks O Daily Maintenance O Providing Continuous, Planned And Extraordinary Error Correction And Service Activities O The All-Time Established By The Parking Operation Legislation (Decree 30/2010. (Vi. 4.) Budapest Metropolitan Municipality) Continuous Availability On Working Days, Between 7:00 A.M. And 10:00 P.M.
