Electricity Meter Three-Phase Electronic: Three-Element, For Active And Reactive Energy, 4-Quadrant, Complete With Integrated In The Electricity Meter Housing (Replaceable) Communication Module Gprs/Lte Modem And External Antenna Or With Integrated In The Electricity Meter Housing (Replaceable) Communication Module With Gprs/Lte Modem (Complete With External Antenna) And Ethernet-Based Connectivity For Access To The Electricity Meter In A Common Housing Of One Module, Software/S For Parameterization And Reading Of Electricity Meters And Communication Modules And Spare 100 Pcs. Communication Modules With Gprs/Lte Modem (Complete With External Antenna) And 50 Pcs. Communication Modules To Implement Ethernet-Based Connectivity To Access The Electricity Meter Or 100 Pcs. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right Not To Conduct Entrance Examinations, As Well As Reserves The Right To Reduce The Number Of Trainings/Groups Or Not To Assign Them. The Total Term For The Execution Of The Contract Is Up To 240 Calendar Days, Counted From The Date Of Its Entry Into Force. The Deadline For Performing Acceptance Tests, Delivery Of Electricity Meters And Communication Modules Is Up To 180 Calendar Days From The Date Of Entry Into Force Of The Contract, For Software - Up To 30 Calendar Days From The Date Of Entry Into Force Of The Contract And No Less Than 20 Calendar Days And No More Than 60 Calendar Days From The Date Of The Acceptance-Handover Protocol For Deliveries Under The Contract For The Training Of The Contracting Authoritys Employees. The Warranty Period Of The Delivered Goods Shall Be No Less Than 36 (Thirty-Six) Months, Counted From The Date Of The Signed Handover Protocol For Delivery. Within The Warranty Period, All Available Updates (Updates) To The Firmware Of Electricity Meters And Communication Modules And To The Software/S For Parameterization And Reporting Of Electricity Meters And Communication Modules Should Be Provided At The Contractors Expense. In Case Of Deviations Or Defects, Repair/Replacement/Replacement Is Carried Out In The Shortest Possible Time, But No Later Than 30 Calendar Days, Counted From The Date Of Notification To The Employer. All Warranties On Replaced/Replaced/Repaired Goods Will Run From The Date Of A Bilaterally Signed Handover Protocol For The Replacement/Replacement/Repair.
