Construction Work For Highways – D5 Repair Of Cb Road In Km 88.3 - 94.0 L+P And Pčr Checkpoint. The Construction Deals With The Continuous Repair Of The D5 Highway Road, Complex Modifications Of The Retention System, Repair Of Storm Sewers And Minor Repairs Of Bridge Structures And Roadways Of The Two Muk • Sulkov (Exit 89) • Nýřany (Exit 93) Branches. As Part Of The Roadway, The Existing Cement Concrete Cover Will Be Completely Demolished And Replaced With A New Cement Concrete Cover With Reinforced Working And Expansion Joints. Depending On The Extent Of Structural Damage, Cemented Base Layers Will Be Repaired Locally, Or Completely Removed And Replaced With A New Base Layer Of Corresponding Parameters. Part Of The Work Is The Repair And Modification Of Roadsides, Including Their Cleaning, Reprofiling And Local Restoration, Or The Construction Of New Monolithic Concrete Gutters At The Edges Of The Road. At The Same Time, Street Drains And Related Parts Of The Drainage System Will Be Replaced, Refilled And Cleaned. The Road Ditches Will Be Cleaned, Cleared Of Overgrown Vegetation, And Prefabricated Ditch Blocks Will Be Replaced Locally In Places Of Failure. Access Will Be Modified For All Sos Calls, While Selected Calls Will Be Expanded In Order To Meet The Applicable Standards Of The Řsd. These Modifications Will Require Local Expansion Of The Earth Body, Modification Of Slopes And Related Construction Work. As Part Of Safety Measures, A Complete Replacement Of The Restraint Systems Will Be Carried Out. In The Central Dividing Strip, The Existing Steel Barriers Will Be Removed And Replaced With Concrete Barriers. At The Outer Shoulder, The Guardrails Will Also Be Completely Replaced And Supplemented Locally With Regard To The Recommendations Of The Safety Inspection (Cebass) And Valid Technical Regulations. The Construction Also Includes Repairs To Selected Bridge Structures So 201 – Bridges No. Ev. D5-098..1 And D5-098..2, Including In Particular Restoration Of Anti-Corrosion Protection Of Steel Supporting Structures, Repairs Of Bridge Closures, Replacement Or Addition Of Sealing And Grouting Materials For Expansion Joints, Repair Of The Cornice-Roadway Interface And Local Repairs Of Concrete Structures. Culverts Will Be Cleaned, Cleared Of Vegetation, Safety Railings Will Be Added And, In Justified Cases, Concrete Ledges Or Entire Culverts Will Be Replaced. On The Branches Of The Level Crossings, The Repair Of Asphalt Roads Will Be Carried Out, Consisting Of Milling Off Asphalt Layers With A Thickness Of Approx. 120 Mm And Replacing Them With New Asphalt Layers Within The Boundaries Of The Existing Road. At The Same Time, The Cleaning And Local Repairs Of The Adjacent Drainage Elements And The Repair Of The Slopes, Including The Replacement Of Culverts Under The Slopes, Will Be Carried Out. Part Of The Construction Is The Conversion Of Selected Unused Rest Areas Into A Checkpoint Of The Police Of The Czech Republic, Modification Of Entrances And Exits, Preservation Of Existing Paved Areas And Connection To The Existing Drainage System. During The Implementation, Temporary Organization Of Traffic Will Be Ensured In The Form Of Temporary Traffic Signs And Partial Or Complete Closures. Towards The End Of The Construction Works, The Horizontal Road Markings And Back Will Be Restored
