Architectural Services For Buildings – Framework Project Management Agreement Relating To Restructuring And Energy Renovation Operations Of Gymnasiums. The City Of Rennes Has A Heritage Of Just Over 50 Gymnasiums. A Significant Part Of This Park Was Built In The 70S And 80S And Presents, For A Significant Number Of Equipment, Functionalities Unsuitable For Use, Advanced States Of Dilapidation And Low Levels Of Energy Performance With Regard To Current Ecological Transition Issues And The Obligations Of The Tertiary Decree. The Community Has Developed A Master Plan For Public Facilities, Prioritizing The Restructuring Of A Certain Number Of These Indoor Sports Complexes. The Objective Of This Framework Agreement Is To Be Able To Increase The Capacity Of The City Of Rennes To Carry Out Energy Restructuring-Renovation Operations Of Gymnasiums, Which Have Become Priorities Within A Tight Deadline.
