The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Control Systems, Audio Video Recording And Management Of Recorded Data, Archiving With Software And Sets Of Presentation And Communication Equipment For The Tarnów Academy. The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Control System, Audio Video Recording And Management Of Recorded Data And Archiving With Software - 5 Sets 2) Set Of Presentation And Communication Equipment - Control Room Equipment System With Installation - 1 Set 3) Set Of Presentation And Communication Equipment - Stations For Control, Audio Video Recording And Data Management And Archiving Along With Software For A High-Fidelity Simulation Room - 1 Set 4) System For Control, Audio Video Recording And Management Of Recorded Data And Archiving With Software - Delivery And Configuration Of The Server And Csm Management Software - 1 Set 5) Set Of Presentation And Communication Equipment - 1 Set 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Together With An Indication Of The Minimum Technical, Functional And Operational Parameters And Requirements Is Included In Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order. 3. The Ordering Party Requires Products To Be Offered That Are New, Of Appropriate Quality, Free From Physical And Legal Defects And Having The Legally Required Standards And Certificates, As Well As Those Approved For Trading And Use In Poland, In Accordance With Applicable Law, And Meeting The Quality And Technical Standards Resulting From Their Function And Purpose. 4. The Subject Of The Order Must Meet All The Requirements Of A Safe Product In Accordance With The Regulation (Eu) 2023/988 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 10 May 2023 On General Product Safety, Amending Regulation (Eu) No 1025/2012 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council And Directive (Eu) 2020/1828 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council And Repealing The Directive 2001/95/Ec Of The European Parliament And Of The Council And Council Directive 87/357/Eec Of 10 May 2023 (Oj Eu No. 135, P. 1). The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver A Brand New Item Of Order (In Particular, Not Repaired, Not Refabricated, Not Exhibited, Not Previously Used) From Current Production And A Legal Distribution Channel, Efficient, Complete (In Particular With All Components, Parts, Materials) And Compliant With The Opz. 5. Warranty Period For Hardware And Software: Min. 12 Months. The Warranty Period Is One Of The Criteria For Evaluating Offers. 6. The Ordering Party Requires Products With The Same Or No Worse Parameters And Quality Standards As Indicated In Annex 2 To The Swz. Failure By The Contractor To Confirm And Meet At Least One Of The Required Technical Parameters In The Table Of Compliance Of The Offered Equipment With The Subject Of The Order (Appendix 1A To The Swz) Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer.
