Request for proposals for Venue and Accommodation Services for North Area The International Rescue Committee (the IRC) is a private international, nonsectarian, voluntary organization providing relief, protection and resettlement services for refugees and victims of oppression or violent conflict. With funding from various international donors, the IRC supports Syrian refugees and host communities throughout Lebanon in the areas of protection, womens empowerment, economic recovery and development, and education. In partnership with IRC donors, International Rescue Committee invites the bidders to participate in the tender of Venue and Accommodation services for North Area, the book of conditions that includes an invitation to bid and instructions for the bidders, attachments, general and special conditions of the contract, etc. If interested, please send us an e-mail to QA-northhotelvenue@rescue.org starting Tuesday 7th of April 2026 between 8:00AM and 16:00PM.
