The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In The Implementation Of A Smoke Exhaust System In The Health Care Complex In Busko-Zdrój, Staircase No. 2 (Main Building Of The Hospital - Staircase Leading To: Kitchen And Sterilization, Department Of Trauma And Orthopedic Surgery, Department Of General Rehabilitation, General Surgery Department, Pediatric Department) In Accordance With The Requirements Of Fire Protection Regulations And In Accordance With The Developed Construction Design. The Building Of The Health Care Complex In Busko-Zdrój Is Located On A Plot With Registration Number 26/22 At Ul. Bohaterów Warszawy 67 In Busko-Zdrój. The Ordering Party Has A Permit For Construction Works - Decision No. 222/2025 Of July 21, 2025. General Scope Of Works: 1. The Designed Works Are To Be Implemented In One Stage.2. Types Of Construction And Installation Works: - Construction Works: Preparation Of The Structure For The Installation Of A Smoke Exhaust Flap. Replacement Of Existing Windows With Fire-Resistant Windows, Replacement Of Existing Internal Doors With Fire-Resistant Doors, Painting Works, - Installation Of A Smoke Exhaust System. The Scope Of Work Will Include At Least: 1. Making An Opening And Making A Passage Casing In The Flat Roof Above The Staircase To Enable The Installation Of Smoke Exhaust System Elements.2. Installation Of A Control System For Heat Smoke Removal Devices, Which Includes: - A Control Panel For The Smoke Exhaust System, A Smoke Exhaust Flap With Fairings And A Directing Nozzle, - Cage Aeration Doors And External Equipment With Actuators, - Alarm Buttons For Smoke Exhaust, - Ventilation Button, - Optical Smoke Detectors. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Have The Manufacturers Authorization To Install The D+H Smoke Exhaust System (Designed) Or Equivalent For The Installation Of The Smoke Exhaust System - Confirmed By A Copy For Compliance With The Original. The Ordering Party Requires That The Contractor Has The Manufacturers Authorization To Install Fire Doors And Windows. With Smoke-Tightness Function (Class Rei + S) - Confirmed By A Copy To Be True To The Original. Before The Final Acceptance Of The Works, The Contractor Will Present The Certificate Agreed By The Fire Protection Expert. As-Built Design.
