The Subject Of The Order Includes A Section Of Municipal Road No. 540909K Of Technical Class Z In The Town Of Rudnik, 335 M Long, On Plot No. 3242/3 (Rudnik Registration District 0004, Sułkowice Registration Unit). The Entire Scope Of The Reconstructed Road Is Within The Road Plot Of The Existing Road. The Impact Of The Road Investment Begins And Ends At The Border Of The Road And Adjacent Plots. The Aim Of The Investment Is To Create A Pedestrian Road/Sidewalk To Complement The Existing Pedestrian Routes. This Will Enable The Connection Of The Sidewalk Located In The Provincial Road No. Dw955 With The Network Of City Sidewalks In Sułkowice.2. The Task Includes, Among Others: Widening The Road To A New Geometry - Widening The Right Lane With A Sewage Made Of Two Rows Of Concrete Cubes. Reconstructing The Right-Hand Dirt Shoulder Into A Pedestrian Road Made Of Concrete Cubes. Reconstructing Existing Pedestrian Roads (Connected With Existing Pedestrian Roads/Sidewalks). Reconstructing The Existing Right-Hand Exits Along With Adaptation Height. Reconstruction Of The Surface Of The Existing Pedestrian Crossing At Km 0+012.70, Reconstruction Of The Height Of Ramps With The Use Of An Integration Cube (Cube With Protrusions) On Media Strips 0.50 M Wide And 4 M Long On Both Sides Of The Road. Construction Of Dedicated Lighting On The Existing Pedestrian Crossing At Km 0+012.70 In Accordance With The Patterns And Standards Recommended By The Minister Responsible For Transport Wr-D-41-4 Guidelines For The Design Of Infrastructure For Pedestrians. Part 4: Design Of Lighting For Pedestrian Crossings. Reconstruction Of The Existing Road Drainage By: Building A Drain From Two Rows Of Concrete Cubes, Reconstruction Of The Existing Right-Side, Reinforced Open Ditch, Replacement Of Reinforcements In The Place Of Existing Slope Reinforcements And The Bottom Of The Ditch, Piping A Section Of The Ditch, Constructing A French Drainage In/C Of The Piped Ditch, Construction Of Street Inlets With Drains To The Right-Side, Reinforced Open Ditch, Development Of The Culvert Inlet Ø800 At Km 0+232.00 With An Inspection Well Dn1500. Construction Of New Front Walls Of The Culverts And Replacement Of Culvert Pipes Under The Exits. Installation Of Protective Barriers/Balustrades. Construction Of Vertical And Horizontal Markings.3. The Contractor, At His Own Expense And As Part Of The Contractual Remuneration, Is Obliged To Develop A Temporary Traffic Organization Project For The Period Of Works And Obtain Its Approval From The Competent Traffic Management Authority. The Contractor Will Implement The Approved Design, Ensure The Execution, Maintenance And Ongoing Supplementation Of Road Safety Markings And Devices Throughout The Entire Period Of Work Implementation. After Completing The Works, The Contractor Will Dismantle The Signs And Restore Permanent Traffic Organization.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Comply With All Recommendations Resulting From The Conditions
