It Is Allowed To Combine Modular And Traditional Technologies. 3) The Building Will Be Located On Plot Number 15/42, Precinct 55, Ul. Antoniego Wysocki 1, 66-002 Zielona Góra - Nowy Kisielin. The Plot Is Covered By The Local Spatial Development Plan - Resolution No. Lxxi.1051.2023 Of The Zielona Góra City Council Of May 30, 2023 On Amending The Local Spatial Development Plan For The Northern Part Of The Lubuskie Industrial And Technology Park In Zielona Góra.4) Planned Building Parameters: Number Of Floors: 2; Usable Area Min. 216 M2. Details Are Included In The Fup 5) The Subject Of The Order Also Includes Obtaining A Decision On A Building Permit And Obtaining Other Permits, Arrangements And Conditions Enabling The Implementation Of The Investment.6) The Main Function Of The Building Will Be To Provide Office Space For A Minimum Of 10 Companies (Startups) Along With The Necessary Technical Infrastructure And Land Development.7) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Functional And Utility Program Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz.8) All Materials And Devices That Have Been Marked In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order With A Trademark, Patent Or Origin Or A Precise Dimension Should Be Treated As A Description Of The Reference Product. The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Equivalent Products That Will Have At Least The Features And Parameters Or Technological, Quality And Functional Expectations.
