1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Modernization Of The Flat Roof Of The Aquasfera Water Recreation And Sports Center In Olsztyn.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. Description Of The Subject Of The Order With Attachments: A) Architecture, B) Sanitary Industry, C) Stwiorb, D) Bill Of Quantities - Construction Industry, E) Technical Opinion. The Bill Of Quantities Attached To The Procedure Documentation Is Only Of An Auxiliary Nature For The Contractor And Is Not Used To Calculate The Offer Price. The Provision Of The Bill Of Quantities By The Ordering Party Does Not Release The Contractor From The Obligation To Calculate The Offer Price Based On The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, As Well As To Take Into Account All Works And Costs (Including Those Not Provided For In The Bill Of Quantities). Therefore, The Contractor Is Obliged To Check The Completeness Of The Bill Of Quantities And Treat It As An Auxiliary To The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Which Has Priority In Determining The Actual Scope Of Works Included In The Subject Of The Contract, Which The Contractor Undertakes To Perform Under The Public Procurement Contract.3. In Connection With The Above, The Contractor Undertakes To Comply With The Principles Of Order And Social Coexistence, Including Quiet Hours And Public Holidays.7. All Materials Used For Renovation Must Be New Materials And Have Appropriate Certificates, Approvals, Technical Approvals, Must Not Be Harmful To Health And Must Be Approved For Use In Residential And Collective Housing Facilities.8.
