Emergency Final Costs for the completed emergency project of purchasing 4 additional stop logs so they can be placed upstream of Gate 3 of Sinnissippi Dam in Rock Falls, IL. to stop the flow of water through the gate. This will allow the IDNR to maintain the upstream pool elevation at the required elevation until the gate can be examined and a permanent repair is made.
