This Project Is For The Farmers Market Culvert Inlet Improvements, Which Is Located In The City Of Garden City. The Work Will Consist Of Furnishing All Materials, Labor And Equipment For:The Work Will Include All Equipment, Materials, Supplies, Labor, And All Other Costs Associatedwith Construction Of A New Headwall And Pipe Extension For The Subject Canal, Drainage Improvements, Installation And Maintenance Of Erosion, Sediment And Pollution Control Bmps And Final Site Stabilization.The Prime Contractor Must Be A Licensed Contractor In The State Of Georgia. All Subcontractors Must Be Listed In The Bid Package Or Approved By City In Writing Prior To Performing Work On The Project.This Shall Be A Unit Price Contract.Commencement And Completion:Work Shall Begin Within 10 Days After Receipt Of Notice To Proceed.All Work Shall Be Completed Within 180 Calendar Days After The Ten-Day Period.
