The City Of Salo (Hereafter Procurement Entity / Customer) Requests Bids For The Procurement Of Emergency Facilities For The Tupur School In Accordance With This Request For Bids And The Documents Attached To It. The Object Of The Procurement Is The Supply Of A Movable And Temporary School Building For Rent At Taimistokatu 1, 24280 Salo. The Delivery Must Include The Design And Implementation Of The Movable Temporary School Building With Hvac Works, Fully Completed As A Complete Contract. The Delivery Must Include The Building Including The Facilities, Equipment And Furniture Described In The Tender And Its Planning, Construction, Transportation And Erection To The Construction Site, As Well As Moving The Building Away From The Construction Site At The End Of The Rental Period. The Main Designer, The Responsible Foreman And The Respective Foremen Of The Specialized Fields Kvv And Iv Must Be Appointed To The Project. The Customer Requires That The Facilities Are In Working Condition And Ready By 31 October 2026. The Shelter Does Not Have To Be New, But It/They Must Be Clean And Intact, For Example, There Must Be No Damage To The Surface, Etc. The Rental Period Of The Shelter Is Until June 30, 2029. The Customer Has The Right To Extend The Lease Under The Same Conditions Until The End Of 2029 At Most. The Content Of The Evacuation Facility Delivery Is Described In The Procurement Target Criteria Section Of This Request For Tenders. The Location Of The Bypass On The Plot Is Shown In The Attached Site Plan. The Customer Pays The Supplier A Monthly Rent, Which Includes, In Addition To The Rent Of The Building, Delivery And Installation, As Well As Removal Of The Scrap. The Client Is Responsible For The Property Maintenance Tasks Of The Object During The Rental Period And Informs The Supplier Of Any Defects In The Building, Equipment Malfunctions, Etc. The Supplier Is Responsible For Repairing The Defects In A Reasonable Time And Appoints A Contact Person To The Object For Ordering Repair Work. The Salo City Council Decided At Its Meeting On 16 March 2026 § 100 To Propose To The City Council An Additional Allocation For The Investment Project Tupuri School And Daycare Space Solutions, I.E. For The Renovation Of The Said Object. If The City Council Does Not Grant Additional Funding For The Project In Question, The Customer Will Also No Longer Need A Bypass Space. Thus, The Procuring Entity Reserves The Right To Suspend This Procurement, If Additional Funds Are Not Granted For The Project Described Above.
