The City Of Riihimäki (Hereafter The Customer Or Procurement Unit) Is Requesting Your Offer For The Implementation Of The Pedestrian And Cycling Path Separated From The Carriageway To Be Built On Kulmala Puistokatu In The City Of Riihimäki In Accordance With This Request For Tenders And The Documents Attached To It. The Contract Will Also Renovate The Street Drainage, By Building A New Storm Water Drain And Removing The Current Storm Water Connections From The Waste Water Drain. The Scope Of The Work Is Shown In The Contract Program And Other Contract Documents And Plans. The Contractor Acts As The Main Contractor And The Main Implementer As Defined By The Legislation. The Main Contractor Has, Among Other Things, The Coordination Of The Work And Responsibility For The Schedule. The Construction Work Is Planned To Start In June 2026 And The Work Must Be Completed And Handed Over By August 21, 2026 At The Latest. The Intermediate Goals Are Presented In The Contract Program. The Procurement Procedure Is An Open Procedure And One (1) Contractor Is Selected Based On The Tender. The Minimum Requirements Set For Quality In The Request For Tenders Allow Comparison Only On Price. All Requirements Regarding The Purchase Are Presented In The Request For Tenders And Its Appendices.
