Mobile-Telephone Services - Selection Of A Mobile Operator For The Provision Of Telecommunication Services To The Df Agriculture. The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Provision Of Public Electronic Communication Services Through A Mobile Terrestrial Network With National Coverage, Including Voice Services According To The Gsm Standard Or Another Applicable, Equivalent Or Higher Standard, As Well As Data Transmission And Short Message Services. 1. The Provision Of The Services Is Tentatively Intended For: - Voice Services - For 550 Users; - Data Transfer And Internet Access - For 300 Users; - Short Messages - 13 Users. Along With The Services, The Subject Of The Order Also Includes Delivery At The Request Of The Contracting Authority Of Sim Cards Of Any Type For The Provision Of The Service, Including For Newly Arising Needs Within The Estimated Quantities And The Permissible Deviation Of ±20%, At The Unit Prices Proposed In The Contractors Offer. The Number Of Users Indicated Is Indicative And Serves Planning And Evaluation Purposes. Depending On The Specific Needs Of The Contracting Authority, Within The Term Of The Contract, It Is Possible To Reduce Or Increase The Number Of Service Users By Up To 20%, Without This Leading To A Change In The Subject Of The Order. The Contracting Authority Is Not Obliged To Absorb The Estimated Quantities In Full. ​​​​​​ 2. The Contracting Authority Provides, On The Basis Of Art. 5, Para. 1 Of Ppzop In Connection With Art. 21, Para. 1 Of The Zop Option For Assigning The Services To An Additional Number Of Users In The Event Of An Increase In The Number Of Personnel, Expansion Of Activities Or In The Event Of Organizational Changes Occurring In The Scope Of The Employers Activities Within The Term Of The Contract, Over The Foreseen Possibility Of Changing The Number Of Users Within ± 20%, As Follows: - Voice Services - Up To 120 Additional Users; - Data Transfer And Internet Access - Up To 60 Additional Users; - Short Messages - Additional Up To 5 Users. The Contracting Authority Has The Right, But Is Not Obliged, To Assign In Whole Or In Part The Indicated Additional Quantities In The Event Of A Need To Increase The Number Of Employees-Users Of The Services.
