Construction Work – Realization Of A City Office And Restoration Of The City Hall, Parsonage And City Hall. The Project Consists Of 4 Major Parts: 1. Building A New City Office On The Corner Plot In Sint Sebastiaanstraat And An Associated Switching Volume To Connect The Rectory, The City Hall And The New City Office. The New Building Consists Of Finished Offices, Meeting Rooms, Council Chambers And An Alma Plaza. The New Building Consists Of A Steel Structure With Concrete Floors And Timber Frame Cassettes. The New Building Is Transparent And Finished With Aluminum Cladding. The City Office Is Air-Conditioned Via Climate Ceilings With A Beoveld And Air-Air Heat Pump. 2. The Repurposing Of The Stadshalle As A Reception And Counters For The City Of Nieuwpoort. Here The Outer Shell And Roof Are Completely Restored. 3. The Repurposing Of The Rectory As Appointment And Meeting Rooms. The Outer Shell Is Being Restored And The Rear Windows And Techniques Are Being Renewed. 4.
