Through The Request For Proposal, The District Invites Proposals For The Construction Of The Phase 3A Lateral Expansion For The Summerland Sanitary Landfill. The Work Can Be Briefly Summarized As Follows: Construct Phase 3A Waste Cell And Phase 3 Leachate Sump Infrastructure Excavate, Load, Haul, And Place Soil Located On The Project Site Load, Haul, And Place Owner-Supplied Aggregates Located In Stockpile Areas On The Project Site Note: Respondents May Propose To Supply Aggregates Themselves In Lieu Of Owner-Supplied Aggregates, Subject To Approval And Compliance With The Specifications.
