Engineering Services – Missions Of Engineers In Special Techniques And Fire Safety. The Purpose Of This Contract, Carried Out In The Form Of A Framework Services Agreement, Concerns The Appointment Of Engineers In Special Techniques And Fire Safety For Audits, Advice, Studies And Monitoring Of The Execution Of Works Related To The Building, Its Physics, Its Performance And Its Installations. The Contract Will Be Concluded With A Maximum Of 4 Successful Bidders, Provided That A Sufficient Number Of Regular Offers Have Been Submitted By Selected Bidders. Each Contract Based On The Framework Agreement Will Be Subject To Re-Competition Between The Successful Bidders Concerned. The Contracting Authority Will Consult In Writing, Each Time It Decides To Use The Framework Agreement, The Successful Bidders Of The Framework Agreement In Order To Invite Them To Submit A Written Offer. The Contracting Authority Awards Each Contract Based On The Framework Agreement To The Tenderer Having Submitted The Most Economically Advantageous Offer With Regard To The Award Criteria Announced In These Specifications.
