Tenders are invited for Supply of Unskilled Labours to Keragala, Medayaya, Kothmale, Sooriyawewa, Ambanpola, Medawachchiya, Polonnaruwa Asphalt Plants and Sooriyawewa, Ambanpola Crusher Plants.: Ambanpola Asphalt Plant Bid Security Rs 110,000.00 Complete set of bidding documents shall be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the Deputy Director General, Procurement Management Division, Road Development Authority, 4th floor, "Maganeguma Mahamedura", No. 216, Denzil Kobbekaduwa Mw, Koswatta, Battaramulla from 02.04.2026 until 23.04.2026 during office hours on 9:00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. upon payment of a non-Refundable Tender fee of Rupees. 12,500.00 (Inclusive of SSCL&VAT) by depositing to the Bank of Ceylon - Corporate Branch Account Number 0000001943 in favor of Director General, Road Development Authority for contract. The original payment slip should be produced when purchasing the Bid Documents. As per the public contract act.no.3 of 1987, the agent and successful winners of the tender shall be registered in the Department of Registrar of companies.
